After several months of contemplating whether to cut my lux, finally, I’ve made a decision.

It looks like a wig though but I love it. It’s my first time to cut my hair short since I was 9.

5-day vacation and I’m still not in the mood to go to work. It’s Cranberries’ concert later, I wish I could come.

Hydrotherapy Massage

First time ko, ma-experience ang hydrotherapy massage. Masarap naman siya, feeling ko kinarate ako. Haha! Mas okay sana kung included na yung buffet sa babayaran, parang sa wensha. Hmmnn, after ko sa ace, parang pagod na pagod ako unlike nung sa wensha na feeling ko, nagbakasyon ako.

In fairness, maayos naman yung facilities, amenities etc nila. Mababait din yung mga nag-aassist. Nakakarelax yung mga hot pools nila, ambango pa. For sure, babalik kame rito pero ako dun na lang ako sa mga light pressures na hydromassage lang para di na sumakit yung katawan ko. :D

“Anong hobby mo?”

Pag tinanong ka ba nyan, nakakasagot ka ba agad? Ako kase hindi :(

A hobby is an activity, interest, enthusiasm, or amateur pastime that is undertaken for pleasure or relaxation, typically done during one’s leisure time.

I want to pursue sana photography as a hobby kaso ang mahal, kaya habang nagiipon ako, eto muna — pagaaral magitara since libre lang magpaturo sa tatay ko.

Learning my first chords was not easy. Ansakit sa daliri, pero okay lang, gusto ko talaga matuto mag gitara.

I woke up in the middle of the night, hungry and lonely. According sa nabasa ko, it’s called sleep maintenance insomnia. It occurs daw during periods of stress. Mag-1 year na kong ganito. Sa DSM IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder), depression na to. Andami ko naman kasing problema (sino bang wala?). Sabi “problems are opporunities for breakthroughs”, bat saken puro problems lang? Nkakainis yung ganito noh? Para di kristyano. Kaya minsan napapaisip ako totoo ba kong tumnggap sa Lord? Kasi walng transformation e, walang renewing ng mind. Siguro kailangan ko makipagreconnect sa Lord. Heart check ika nga.
